１．ContentManagerのCM Showroomを起動
２．Paint Shopを選択
３．License plateの項目から自由にナンバープレートを変更できる
という機能があります。そのナンバープレートの種類を増やすpackです。Plate_D.ddsおよびPlate_NM.ddsという名前のプレートテクスチャを持つほぼすべての車に装備できます。
導入方法：
C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/AcTools Content Manager/と開き、ダウンロードしたファイルを解凍すると出てくるData（User）フォルダを貼り付けてください。Paint Shop→Styleの項目にUnited States 5,6,7と追加されていればOKです。
